Two issues in one week?! Don’t say I never did anything for you. Just kidding. Please don’t leave.
I wanted to do another shopping round-up because it’s fun to highlight cool stuff and also try and put other people on to stuff you’re digging. Plus, half of the fun of fashion is find something new to purchase, yeah? Let’s get into the picks.
Stussy Ranch Work Pants
For one reason or another, I wrote Stussy off as something I’d get at Pac Sun. Not that there’s anything wrong with Pac Sun! But it’s just not my vibe at all. That changed last year with their excellent collaboration with Our Legacy, and the brand has been on my radar ever since. I ended up getting their denim double knee work pants earlier this year, but there aren’t a lot of those left. I’m recommending these work pants instead cause they basically look the same, but with a killer suede panel that feels like you’re about to go to your first rodeo — but in the best way.
Parks Project National Parks Iconic Enamel Mug
I’m obsessed with camp mugs. I love the vintage design of them; they hold the perfect amount of coffee for me(I typically make about 350 grams of coffee first thing after breakfast), and they’re a perfect weight. This one from the Parks Project has a cool design and helps send kids to National Parks — a win all around.
AndAfterThat Tees
This is just a general recommendation for the homie Edgar, aka AndAfterThat, who has made my favorite tee-shirts around. Over the last six months, I think I’ve bought about eight shirts from Edgar alone off the strength of his incredible design and the fact he uses Comfort Colors blanks (the best t-shirt around.) I joked with him that he should do a Phantom Thread shirt, and he, uh, actually did it?! It’s already sold out, but keep an eye on his site and Twitter for future projects, as the man literally does not miss.
CHUP x 3Sixteen Patchwork Socks
While I successfully secured the most beloved patchwork cardigan of the season, I’m still trying to find a great pair of patchwork pants. But in my hunt for all things patch adams, I came across these great socks from 3Sixteen and CHUP and had to snag a pair. While it’s the most I’ve paid for socks in a while, they’re super comfortable and super sharp looking, making a surefire combination that gets you in on a hot trend without having to spend a lot. That’s an all-around victory in my book.
RicherPoorer Sweatpants
I know, recommending something as lame / basic as sweatpants feels boring but I promise you these sweatpants from RicherPoorer are singlehandedly the best sweatpants I’ve ever worn. I got a pair recently and was bummed when it warmed up this week because it meant I couldn’t slip them on after workouts to loaf around the house. I simply cannot get enough of them.
